General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and vss55 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the vss55 website available at vss55.app, including all associated services, features, games, and promotional offers.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of vss55 services — including placing bets, participating in promotions, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you are required to create a registered account on the platform. The following eligibility requirements apply to all applicants without exception.

Eligibility Criteria

KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, and in some cases before allowing continued play, we may require you to submit supporting documents. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID card, passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and a bank statement or utility bill for proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

Account Security

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practice. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to the completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

vss55 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where we have reasonable grounds to conduct enhanced due diligence. Deposits from Third-Party Sources

You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including payments made on your behalf by another person — are strictly prohibited. Wagering Requirements

Bonus Abuse

Where abuse is detected, vss55 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel all associated winnings, and permanently close the offending account(s).

Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

vss55 maintains a safe and fair environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable.

Prohibited Activities

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one vss55 account per individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false personal information during registration, KYC verification, or any other account-related process.
• Money Laundering: Using vss55 as a vehicle for laundering proceeds of crime. vss55 cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.

Account Suspension and Closure

Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, acts of government, or force majeure events) may result in temporary service unavailability. vss55 will endeavour to notify players in advance of planned downtime wherever possible.

Third-Party Content

The games and betting markets hosted on vss55 are supplied by third-party providers. vss55 does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any third-party game content and accepts no liability for errors or omissions arising from third-party software.

Player Responsibility
